Hi, I don't know if this works, but I want to start a thereputic riding program and horse riding academy/boarding facility for children and young adults. I found the land but I don't have the financing. I was told to look into applying for a grant, but it is all SO confusing! Does anyone know the first step? I have looked through the federal grants 'list' but I can't seem to find one that fits... any ideas would be very welcomed!
